Participants of the 16th summit have discussed the main issues at the luncheon meeting in the closed regime. One of the mains issues has been results of the Russian intervention and events occurred in Georgia. Along with the ministerial, the Foreign Minister of Georgia has discussed the post-war processes and conflict settlement issues at the two-side talks. Eka Tkeshelashvili has met with foreign ministers of Germany, the Netherlands and Turkey. Matthew Bryza, the Deputy Assistant Secretary of State for European and Eurasian Affairs of the US has voiced the position of the fifty one foreign ministers. Bryza once again pointed out that the OSCE supports Georgia's territorial integrity. ''All the OSCE member states, except one support Georgia's territorial integrity. Russia has to fulfill the taken obligations and withdraw its army from the territory of Georgia. Dmitry Medvedev also signed the August 12 agreement, therefore Russia ought to return armed forces to the August 7 positions'', Matthew Bryza said.All the participants of the session have pointed out that Russia has to carry out taken obligations to the end and withdraw armed forces from three destinations: Perevi, Akhalgori and Zemo Abkhazia.The Russian Foreign minister has not delivered speech yet. He will voice Russia's position when the plenary session is resumed
